The company is headquartered in Suzhou Taicang High-Tech Zone, with R&D and production bases in Chongqing and Foshan, Guangdong. At its inception, the company successfully acquired the optoelectronic compound semiconductor business assets of the Fortune 500 company LG, which included thousands of patents, related technologies, and complete sets of process equipment.
The company has world-class R&D and large-scale production capabilities for silicon-based GaN optoelectronic semiconductors, and it pioneered the global “LEKIN-SiMiP®” silicon-based GaN single-chip full-color Micro-LED display chip technology, overcoming industry technical barriers and strongly promoting the commercialization and large-scale production of Micro-LED technology.
